1. Delivery Locations
We currently deliver to more than 750 cities across India. Please note that shipping and delivery lead times may vary by destination.
2. Order Processing Times
We typically ship most items within 3-5 working days of receiving the order. In some cases, it may take up to 7 working days to ship the order, especially if we need to procure items from other stores or suppliers. If we are unable to ship your order completely within 7 working days, we will cancel the remaining unshipped part, and you will be notified via email. Any payment made for the unshipped part will be refunded in the original payment method.
3. Shipping Days
We ship on all weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
4. Shipping Partners
To ensure the fastest and safest delivery, we only ship through reputed agencies.
5. Combined Shipments
While we aim to ship all items in your order together, it may not always be possible due to product characteristics or availability.
6. Inspection upon Delivery
If you notice that the product is not in good condition or the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse delivery and contact our Customer Care immediately, mentioning your order reference number. We will make every effort to arrange for a replacement delivery at the earliest.
7. Invoice and Tax Regulations
All items, including gifts, will be shipped with an invoice indicating the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
