This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which refunds are processed for orders placed on our website cards.mymandap.in.
1. Digital E-Cards (NON-REFUNDABLE)
All payments made for Digital E-Cards or E-Invites are strictly non-refundable.
Once a digital product is purchased:

The design file(s) are prepared instantly.

Customization work begins immediately.

Digital items cannot be returned or cancelled after delivery.
Therefore, no refund will be issued for any Digital E-Card order under any circumstances.
2. Printed Invitation Cards
Refunds for printed cards are allowed only under the following conditions:
a. Duplicate Payment
If you have made a duplicate/accidental payment, contact us within 24 hours. The excess amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
b. Printing Errors (Caused by Us)
If there is a printing mistake from our side, we will reprint and deliver the corrected order at no extra cost.
Refunds may be issued only if reprinting is not possible.
c. Cancellation Before Printing
Cancellation is allowed only before printing starts.
If design work has already begun, a design charge may be deducted.
3. Custom Orders
All custom card designs are non-refundable once the design draft is approved by the customer.
4. Refund Timeline
If the refund is approved, it will take 7 to 10 working days to credit in your original payment method.
