In the following terms & conditions, “We” shall mean MyMandap.in and “The Clients” shall be those brides and/or grooms who have booked wedding venues Mymandap.in. These terms and conditions cannot be varied in any way by the clients unless our representatives have agreed to some transformations.

1. COPYRIGHT

  1. The copyright of booking the wedding venues lies with the owner itself.

2. PAYMENT

  1. A nominal non-refundable booking fee has to be paid at the time of your booking. The booking fee will be deducted from the cost of the client’s chosen package when calculating the final balance due.
  2. Payment in full of the remaining balance will be due a week before the wedding day.
  3. Additional goods ordered must be paid for in full at the time of ordering.

3. PROMOTIONAL ALLOWANCE

The pictures that the wedding photographers have clicked on your wedding can be used for promotional purposes by the venue owners.

 

4. DAMAGE

myMandap.in is in no circumstances responsible for any kind of damage caused to the wedding venue or mandap.
